STUDY ON SETUP OF MAJOR MINERAL EXPLORATION PROJECT BLOCKS(EXPLORATION CLAIMS) IN ANHUI PROVINCE

Anhui Province is one of those rich in mineral resources serving as important coal,non-ferrous,building material,steel and iron production bases,and its mining plays a very important role in the local economical development.To further strengthen management of exploration claims,encourage and support social capital participation in mineral exploration and development,promote mineral resource management in a healthy and orderly way,innovate mineral exploration and development mechanism,achieve new major breakthroughs in mineral deposit discovery,this paper made a study on setup of major mineral exploration project blocks(exploration claims)in Anhui Province.In the framework for mineral resources overall planning and geological exploration planning,this paper discussed geological settings and metallogenetical conditions of major mineral exploration areas,preserved areas and exploration results reserves,further specified geological exploration planning,highlighted major minerals and major metallogenetic zones for exploration,set up exploration blocks scientifically and reasonably,and provided technical basis for geological exploration and the exploration claims setup and integration.
