Abstract
Objective To discuss the clinical features of mycoplasma pneumonia infection of lobar pneumonia. Methods 549 cases of hospitalized child from January 2000 to December 2009 in Weifang maternal and chilid health hospital, who were analysed about the onset time, age, clinical features and so on. Results The incidence from 2000 to 2003 was lower; the incidence from 2004 to 2006 raised slightly, but the severe cases increased; the incidence from 2007 to 2009 raised obviously and the severe cases increased; the epidemic cycle was about 3 to 5 years. The incidence in infant increased gradually. Conclusion Children lo- bar pneumonia should pay attention to mycoplasma pneumoniae infection,if necessary, should adopt macrolides in earlier period.
