Neovascular glaucoma different surgical method curative effect analysis

Objective To compare the clinical effect of treatment of neovascular glaucoma two methods.Methods Summary of the clinical data of 45 patients with neovascular glaucoma and divided into two groups:A group of 23 patients(44 eyes) and group B,22 patients(42 eyes).After treatment,respectively,with different treatments according to the statistical standard statistics,the final statistical methods to test two groups were differences.Results A mean IOP was(20.02 ± 2.93) mm Hg,visual acuity improved in 14(31.8%),eye pain after 10(22.7%),B group average IOP was(31.21±7.56)mm Hg,visual acuity improved in six(14.3%),postoperative eye pain 23(54.8%) of the results of two groups with a significant difference(P 0.05).Conclusion Glaucoma drainage device ahmed glaucoma valve treatment of neovascular glaucoma with better clinical results.
