Abstract
OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of miodarone combined with metoprolol on the treatment of acute myocardial infarction with rapid atrial fibrillation clinical efficacy.METHODS 60 cases of patients with AMI recently occurred in rapid atrial fibrillation, amiodarone for the first 150 mg dose intravenous injection, after 15 min not to resume sinus rhythm, gave 150 mg more, followed by 0.5 to 1.0 mg·min-1 continuous intravenous infusion for 1-3 d,intravenous drug use at the same time to give oral amiodarone(in the first week of 200 mg,3 times·d-1,the first 2 weeks 200 mg,2 times·d-1,the first 3 weeks 200 mg,1 time·d-1,24 h total1 200 mg) and metoprolol (25-50 mg,2 times·d-1),atrial fibrillation before and after treatment to rehabilitation, heart rate, blood pressure change were observed.RESULTS 55 cases of atrial fibrillation were rehabilitated, all patients with ventricular rate were controlled, blood pressure became normal.CONCLUSION Amiodarone combined with metoprolol in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction with rapid atrial fibrillation is safe and effective
