Application research of nursing intervention in patients with laparoscopic myomectomy

Objective To explore the effects of nursing intervention in patients with laparoscopic myomectomy during perioperative period.Methods 80 patients were evenly divided into observation group and control group by random number table.In the control group,the conventional nursing was implemented in perioperation,while in the observation group,the nursing intervention was provided.The anxiety,pain 24 hours after surgery,knowledge of health education and satisfaction of nursing job in both groups were compared.Results On admission,the difference of HAMA-14 scores in both groups was not significant(P0.05).2 hours before surgery,the HAMA-14 scores in the two groups both decreased with statistical differences(P0.05),but the difference was more remarkable in the observation group compared with that in the control group(P0.05).The percentages of knowledge of health education and satisfaction of nursing job in the observation group were 92.50% and 95.00%,both higher than those in the control group which were 75.00% and 80.00% respectively with statistical differences(P0.05).The VAS score on pain 24 hours after surgery in the observation group was(4.16±1.15) points,which greatly lower than that in the control group(7.00 ±1.23) points,the difference displayed statistical significance(P 0.05).Conclusion The nursing intervention in patients with laparoscopic myomectomy during perioperative period can help recognize and understand the disease-related knowledge,reduce anxiety,ease psychological burden and postoperative pain,and improve the satisfaction of nursing job,which is worthy of expansion in clinic.
