Abstract
The graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry was established for the determination of stannum migration level in pharmaceutical package material in different polar conditions (10% ethanol, heptane and isooctane). After removal of the solvent, the extraction samples were digested. Calcium nitrate was used as matrix modifier and HNO3 was as auxiliary. The calibration curve of stannum was linear in the concentration range of 5-25ng/ml(r=0.9995). The recovery was 95.6%,96.2% and 98.4%. The limit detection was 0.4ng/ml, 0.3ng/ml and 0.7ng/ml in 10% ethanol, heptane and isooctane, respectively.
