Abstract

Objective:To explore the value of ambulatory electroencephalogram and video-EEG in diagnosis of epilepsy.Methods:Ambulatory electroencephalogram and vedio-EEG were examined in 200 children with epilepsy.Results:In 200 children with epilepsy,132(66%) patients had abnormal video-EEG,121(60.5%) patients had abnormal AEEG.Conclusions:Video-electroencephalogram is more accurate than AEEG in diagnosis of epylepsy.
