Abstract

Objective To investigate the amount of exercise intervention on blood pressure blood lipid levels and arterial elasticity function in patients with hypertensive.Methods 180 cases of hypertensive patients in our physical examination department who were randomly divided into three groups: low physical activity group(A group,n= 60),middle exercise group(B group,n= 60) and control group(C group,n= 60).In the conventional treatment based on improving the diet,A group exercise three times a week,each time time for 30~60min;B group exercise seven times a week,each time time for 30 ~ 60min; the control group received only dietary modification.,compared with the three groups after treatment,systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG) and arterial elasticity of the index changes difference after 4 months therapy.Results In A and B group,the SBP,DPB,TC,TG and arterial elasticity were significantly higher than C group,the difference was significant(P0.05).In B group,the SBP,DPB,TG better than A group,the difference was significant(P0.05).In B group,three patients can not tolerate,blood pressure control is not satisfactory,so who were accepted drug treatment.Conclusion Standardized exercise intervention can reduce the arterial pressure,lipid levels and improving arterial elasticity in hypertensive patients.
