Abstract
The anti-environment problems of valve-regulated lead-acid(VRLA) battery in normal working condition were studied, the effect of natural temperature on the durability and capacity of VRLA, the overheat phenomenon occurring during operating process of VRLA batteries was analyzed and discussed, some points that should pay attention in the manufacturing and operating processes of this kind of batteries were proposed and the service life of VRLA batteries was extended.
