Clinical effects of combining Jingfukang particles and stellate ganglion block on treatment of sympathetic cervical spondylosis

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinic therapeutic effects of combining Jingfukang particles and stellate ganglion block(SGB)on treatment of sympathetic cervical spondylosis.Methods 72 patients with sympathetic cervical spondylosis(observation group)were treated with Jingfukang particles plus SGB.65 cases of children(control group)were treated with SGB only.The clinical assessment scale for cervical spondylosis(CASCS)was conducted before and after treatment to evaluate the clinical curative effects.Meanwhile,6 months after treatment,the recurrence rate was investigated to evaluate the long term effectiveness.Results After treatment,the score of CASCS in observation group was significant higher that in control group(P0.05).The effective rate of observation group and control group were90.3% and 75.4%(P0.05).The recurrence rate in observation group was lower than that in the control group(P0.05).Conclusions Combining Jingfukang particles and SGB on treatment of sympathetic cervical spondylosis has high effective rate,lasting effect and lower recurrence rate.
