Government and citizens harmony is a barometer of social harmony.Construction of the new relations between the gov-ernment and citizens,regarding the development of a socialist harmonious society,the establishment of a service government,the devel-opment of the socialist political civilization,and promoting the reform of the administrative system,have very important significance.At present,China's relations between the government and citizens have many problems.Therefore,in the process of building a harmonious society,the government should strengthen its own construction,trains citizens' sense of participation and ability,accelerates the third department's development and growth,consummates the supervising mechanism,in order to promote China's new construction of rela-tions between the government and citizens.
