Abstract

In the present study,15 of 120 SRAP primer combinations were screened out to analyze the genetic diversity among 50 rapeseed(Brassica napus L.) varieties, the genetic diversity between two varieties was defined with genetic distance(GD) by Nei M method, and all cultivars were analyzed by clustering method. The results showed that 140 SRAP markers were obtained. The number of alleles per SRAP locus averaged 9.3 with the range from 2 to 16.The value of polymorphism information content(PIC) for all SRAP primers varied from 0.27 to 0.73 with an average of 0.529.The GD among the 50 varieties ranged between 0.0838~0.4326.The UPGMA clustering analysis divided 50 varieties into 6 groups. After classification, the average GD among groups was higher than that within groups, which was approximately in accordance with their diversity of cultural area.So the classification of the heterosis groups for rapeseed(Brassica napus) by SRAP makers in this work is appropriate.
