Abstract

Lily seedlings were sprayed with 0.3,0.5,0.7 and 1.0 mmol / L salicylic acid(SA) separately under 25 ℃ for 3d,and lily seedlings treated by water was taken as the control, then the seedlings were treated under 5 ℃ for 0,6,12,18 and 24 h.Subsequently,MDA content, soluble protein content, the content of soluble sugar, activities of SOD,catalase(CAT) and peroxidases(POD) were determined. The results indicated that SA treatment could decrease MDA content, increase the content of soluble sugar and soluble protein, improve the activities of SOD,POD and CAT significantly greater than the seedlings treated by water.Comparison comprehensively, there was a best effect when the concentration of salicylic acid treatment was 0.5 mmol / L and treatment time of low temperature stress was 12 h.
