Abstract
Medium compositions and fermentation conditions for lipid production by fermentation of corn straw hydrolysate with IFFI01368 strain were explored, and the lipid composition was identified. The optimal conditions were determined as follows: 4% added sugar, yeast extract and(NH4)2SO4 as nitrogen source, mass ratio of carbon to nitrogen 100∶1,initial pH 5.5,50 mL corn straw hydrolysate in 300 mL erlenmeyer flask, fermentation time 4 d.Under these conditions and 150 r/min and 27℃,the biomass reached 23.5 g/L,oil content was 42.7% and the oil production capacity was 10.03 g/L.The main fatty acid of the oil was palmitic acid, oleic acid and stearic acid.
