Clinical Analysis of occurrence of Depression among Stroke patients with rehabilitation treatment

OBJECTIVE To investigate the situation of depression of stroke patients with early rehabilitation treatment.METHODS 96 patients with acute cerebral apoplexy were selected in our hospital,and they were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,each group has 48 people.All patients underwent conventional cerebral vascular drug treatment,and the test group was given regular rehabilitation treatment,the control group did not receive the rehabilitation training guide.The Chinese Milton Depression Scale(HAMD)and the Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)were measured for patients before and after treatment to assess the depression severity.The Chinese stroke patients with neurological deficit score(CSS)was used to evaluate the nerve recovery among patients.The life status score(ADL)was used to evaluate the ability of patients during life.RESULTS Some patients occurred depression in the 2 groups after treatment.The HAMD score and SDS scores in the experimental group were 13.6 ± 1.5 and 45.8 ± 1.6,respectively,and were 19.3 ± 1.2 and 51.2 ± 1.1 in the control group,respectively.There was significant difference between the two groups(t = 20.56 and t = 19.27);The CSS and ADL scores in the experiment group were 12.2 ± 1.3 and 48.3 ± 1.2,respectively,and were 14.1 ± 1.2 and 43.1 ± 1.6 in the control group,respectively.There was significant difference between the two groups(t = 13.19 and t = 19.05).CONCLUSION Early rehabilitation treatment is benefit for relieving the stroke patients with depression,contribute to the recovery of neurological function in stroke patients.
