Analysis and Treatment of the Complications of Small-incision Unphacomuliscation Cataract Surgery

Objective To analyze the complications and reasons of the small-incision unphacomuliscation cataract surgery.Methods 900 cases(981 eyes) which were taken the surgery of small-incision unphacomuliscation and implantion ofintra-ocular lens(IOL) were analysised.Give some suggestions of the prevention and treatments about the complications.Results The common complications are cornea edema,iris damage or emersion,posterior capsular rupture,anterior chamber hyphema et al.Conclusion The surgery of small-incision unphacomuliscation is safe.The complication occurrence is regarding to the doctor's proficiency and experience.
