Abstract
Objective To study the influence of Danefukang capsule (DEFK capsule) on auricle microcirculation in mice. Method XSZ-hs7 microcirculation microscope and BI-2000 medical image analysis system were used to observe the auricle microcirculation in mice. The diameters of the vein and arteriole in auricle of mice were recorded at 5, 10, 20, 30 minutes after intragastric administration of DEFK capsule and intraperito-neal injection of adrenaline hydrochloride (l.0 mg/kg),respectively. Result DEFK capsule (4 g/kg) can signifi-cantly enlarge the diameter of the vein and arteriole of auricle in normal mice,compared with control group (P 0.05, 0.01) . Moreover,DEFK capsule markedly improved microcirculation disturbance induced by adrenaline hydrochloride in mice auricle, especially in the arteriole. Conclusion DEFK capsule could improve microcir-culation in normal mice and adrenaline hydrochloride treated mice.
