Abstract
Objective To explore the expression of HSP70 and Ki67 in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and their correlation.Methods Immunohistochemical method for HSP70 and Ki67 were performed on 62 cases of cervical squamous carcinomas,20 cases of CIN and 12 cases of cervicitis.Results In cervical squamous cell carcinoma,the expression of HSP70 and Ki67(71.0%,77.4%) was significantly higher than these of cervicitis(0,0)(P 0.05);the expression of Ki67 in CINⅢ(45.5%) was significantly higher than in cervicitis(0)(P 0.05),the expression of Ki67 between cervical squamous cell carcinoma(77.4%) and CIN Ⅲ(45.5%) did not have statistics meaning(P 0.05);the expression of HSP70 and Ki67 was significantly correlated with the pathological grade,clinical stages and lymph node metastasis,the expression of HSP70 was correlated with the expression of Ki67 In cervical squamous cell carcinoma(P 0.05).Conclusion HSP70 and Ki67 should play an important role in the genesis and development of cervical squamous cell carcinoma;the expression of Ki67 in CIN should be a malignant trend.
