Acute Periapical Explore French Root Canal Treatment and Short-term Efficacy

Objective To explore the acute periapical periodontitis with a root canal treatment feasibility and short-term efficacy observation.Methods Dental treatment in patients with acute periapical periodontitis week in 261 teeth,which accords with the selection of a root canal therapeutic indications of 205 teeth,a root canal treatment,curative effect.Results 98.5% teeth in a week symptoms disappeared or alleviated.The incidence of IAE was 3.06%.Conclusion The indications are strictly controlled circumstances,on the part of acute periapical periodontitis patients wearing a root canal treatment,can quickly relieve symptoms,shorten the course of treatment,effect satisfaction.
