Current Situation and Countermeasures of Investment Structure of Hebei Higher Education

Abstract
Hebei province higher education has been developing supernormally since 1999 and its structure of investment has also been changing a lot.However,the structure is not reasonable enough and some problems that can not be ignored have been arising.In order to promote a healthy and sustainable development of the education,efforts should be taken to seek for the strategic rationalization of higher education's investment,the multiplication of investment sources,the high-effectiveness of investment utilization and the moderation of volume of credit.
