Human Resources Management in Enterprises

This paper introduces and analyzes the status of human resources management in our country,discusses the development of its informatization based on the development of informatized enterprise management and the application of domestic enterprise human resources management information system software and expounds the concrete content such as the theoretical basis and the informatization,etc..The paper also points out the problems the enterprises suffer in their human resources management and concludes that the enterprises should regard their employees as an important component of the total assets of the enterprise and should take them as a whole to bring into full play their overall potentials.
