Abstract

Based on the reality of our country and elaboration of the realistic reasons for innovation of human resources management in enterprises, this paper makes some research on organization, mechanism and business innovations of human resources management in modern enterprises of our country. Taking comprehensive consideration of the economic globalization, informatization and the foreign advanced concept of human resources management, some countermeasures has been puts forward to achieve the innovation of human resource management and the overall development in the enterprises in the paper.
