Comparative study of two extraction methods for steaming Radix Scrophulariae

Abstract

OBJECTIVE To optimize the extraction technology of steaming Radix Scrophulariae.METHODS The methods of semi-bionic extraction(SBE) and water extraction(WE) were compared with harpagoside,cinnamic acid,the alcohol-soluble extractives and dried extractives were taken as the markers.RESULTS The total index Y value was: SBEWE.CONCLUSION SBE method was better than water extraction way.
