Bushen Jianpi Granule in the treatment of relapse after lamivudine withdrawal of chronic viral hepatitis B: A clinical study

Objective To investigate the treatment of Bushen Jianpi Granule on relapse after lamivudine withdrawal in chronic hepatitis B clinical curative effect.Methods A total of 46 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,two groups of patients were given lamivudine treatment,recurrence,treatment group was treated by Bushen Jianpi Granule treatment,control group was given a placebo drug treatment;two groups were observed in patients with liver fibrosis,liver function changes and the negative rate of change.Results The two groups of patients before treatment,liver fibrosis,liver function change changes the difference was not statistically significant(P 0.05),after treatment had significant difference(P 0.05);HBV-DNA seroconversion rate of treatment group was better than control group(P 0.01).Conclusion The relapse after lamivudine withdrawal in patients with chronic hepatitis B therapy,Bushen Jianpi Granule is of good curative effect,safe use,patients with HBV-DNA negative rate is higher,it is worth in clinical popularization.
