Effects of "Yiqi Huoxue Decoction" on hepercoagulabale state in advanced malignant cancer patients

Abstract

Objective To investigate the effects of Yiqi Huoxue Decoction on hepercoagulabale state in advanced malignant cancer patients.Methods Sixty patients with different tumors were enrolled and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.In the control group,the patients were treated only with supportive care and those in the observation group were treated with supportive care plus Yiqi Huoxue Decoction.The condition of blood platelet,time of bleeding and coagulating,blood rheology and quality of life(QOL) were assessed.Results The clinical efficacy,changes of peripheral blood,QOL and Karnofsky scores were all improved more significantly in the observation group than that in the control(P0.05,P0.05).Conclusion Yiqi Huoxue Decoction has good effect in abating hepercoagulabale state,improving QOL and reducing recurrence of advanced malignant tumor patients.
