Abstract
Laser cladding coating with pre-painted Co-based alloy was prepared on low carbon steel surface. The microstructure and phase structure of the cladding layer were characterized using OM,SEM and XRD.The results show that γ-Co dendrite mainly exists in the coatings.γ-Co + Cr23C6 eutectic exist among the dendrites. There are some crystallization morphologies in different zones, such as planar, cellar, columnar and twin microstructure.Under the same technologies, the dendrite microstructure is fined with the increase of scanning velocity.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
