Gegentang Treating Upper Respiratory Tract Infections Randomized Controlled Study

[Objective]Observed Gegentang treatment of respiratory tract infection.[Methods]Using randomized controlled method,125 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups.Control group,60 cases of honeysuckle detoxification granules,boiled water,1 bag / time,3 times / d,severe,plus 1 second.Treatment group 65 cases Gegentang(Shengmahuang 10g,Gegen 12g,Chai Hu 15g,Guizhi,Shengshigao 10g,etc.200mL / bags;decoction made immediately after the warm clothes,take 1 every 8h,1 bag / time.3d continuous treatment in both groups as a course of treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions.2 courses of continuous treatment,to determine efficacy.[Results]temperature effect:The cure 50 cases,effective in 6 cases,effective in 3 cases,1 case,the total efficiency 98.30%.Control group cured 35 cases,10 cases markedly effective in 6 cases,ineffective in 14 cases,total effective rate 78.50%.Treatment group than the control group(P0.05).Symptomatic treatment:the treatment group recovered 50 cases,4 cases were markedly effective in 5 cases,1 case,the total effective rate 98.30%.Control group cured 40 cases,effective in 6 cases,effective in 4 cases,15 cases,total effective rate 76.90%.Treatment group than the control group(P0.05).[Conclusion]Pueraria treatment of upper respiratory tract infection effect is significant and should be introduced.
