Abstract

After China's entry into WTO, the foreign investment policy has been noticeably changed. The changes have been reflected not only in the adjustment of investment industry, but also in the gradual implementation of national treatment to foreign investors and the management strengthening on foreign companies. Based on the analysis of policy changes in China's foreign investment attracting, this paper studies the impact of such policy change on Korean direct investment to China from the aspects of investment scale, investment structure, investment entities, investment revenue, and so on.
