Abstract

Aim:To study the judgment criterion of positive result in Vicia faba root tips micronucleus test. Methods:Micronucleus test of Vicia faba root tip cells. Conclusions:The analysis of variance(t test)was used to compare the significance of difference between the micro-nucleus rate that measured by these mutagens and the control group,proposing if the micro-nuclear index more than 1.5,then it can be judged the result was the positive result,that is to say,the material did lead to mutation.
