Abstract

Objective To study the value of the renal biopsy in diagnosis and treatment of renal glomerular diseases in children.Methods 37 cases in my hospital underwent renal automatic biopsy needle guided through ultrasound B.Results All biopsy had been successfully performed in 37 cases without any complications since March,1996.Conclusion The different pathological types have the vital relationship of their own prognosis.The renal biopsy is the most reliable method in diagnosis.It can offer both the relative evidence and predicate the prognosis.
