Abstract
[Objective] This study aimed to evaluate serum cytokine IL-6,and IL-10 in bronchial asthma patients in the concentration as well as in diagnosis and treatment significance.[Methods] 40 patients with bronchial asthma(Asthma)patients and 20 healthy controls on admission of a pulmonary function check dark and quiet,while taking blood,using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)in serum cytokine IL-6(IL-Su-6),IL-10(IL-10)concentration.[Results] The results of bronchial asthma,the serum IL-6,and IL-10 concentration was significantly higher than healthy control group(P 0.05).[Conclusions] IL-6,and IL-10 cytokines in the mechanism of bronchial asthma.
