The clinical contrast research for MRI and mammography applied in the diagnosis of breast cancer

Objective To investigate the clinical value of the application for MRI and mammography in the diagnosis of breast cancer.Methods 75 cases of elderly patients with breast cancer were chosen.All patients were taken with mammography,MRI,pathological examination.The different inspection results were taken for statistics and comparison.Results The diagnosis of digital mammography was with the lowest rate,unenhanced MRI,enhanced MRI and mammography combined MRI diagnosis rate increased successively,there were obvious difference between the different imaging studies,and there was statistical significance(P 0.05).The burr or astral levy two imaging studies showed little difference(P 0.05).The calcification mammography display was significantly higher than MRI(P 0.05).The lumps or nodules,pectoralis major violation of axillary lymph nodes MRI showed significantly higher than that of mammography(P 0.05).Conclusion The diagnosis of breast cancer,mammography and MRI has advantages and disadvantages,two checks in combination can improve the detection rate,but the costs are relatively high.The clinical work should master flexibly depending on the circumstances.
