Abstract

Abstract: Based on historical records a survey is made of China' s textile development during the periodfrom the Warring States to the Qin and Han Dynasties. Focus is put on the characteristics of the textile in-dustry, the distribution of the silk - making areas, and the vaxious forms of textile production.
