Henan Coal Enterprises International Competitiveness Model Based on Environmental Factors

Early research on international competitiveness were mainly around the enterprises′ market share,profitability,economic performance and its influencing factors,etc.,but with more and more focuses on environmental performance evaluation of coal enterprises,the international competitiveness analytical model of the coal enterprises also should be amended.Under the background,this article proposed the international competitiveness model of coal enterprises based on environmental factors on the basis of Porter′s diamond model,and took an example of coal enterprise in Henan Province,and provided the decision-making reference for further coal companies′ environment strategic management.
