Abstract

Due to long-term influence of planned economy, the competitiveness of coal construction enterprises is weak. By the research on competitiveness condition of coal construction enterprises and entire construction industry, this paper analyses competitive advantages and competitive disadvantages of coal construction enterprises. Then, it discusses the strategy and the tactic of enhancing the competitiveness of coal construction enterprises from the aspects of conception, scientific-technical innovation, assets integration, enterprise management, enterprise system and so on.
