The Comparison of Three Kinds of Syphilises Examination Methods

Objective To compare three kinds of syphilises examination methods,they are TP-ELISA,TRUST and TPPA.Choose the best one for large quantity measure of syphihses screen test.Methods Using TP-ELISA to exam 7468 patients' sample who are in hospital.TP-ELISA positive samples con~mn with TP-PA,also be tested in TRUST.Results In total TP-ELISA positive sample are 116, positive rate is 1.55%.Both TP-ELISA and TPPA positive samples are 133 ,confirm rate is 97.6%.TP-ELISA positive but TPPA negative samples are three,TP-ELISA false positive rate is 2.6%.Among TP-PA positive samples,TRUST positive samples are 62 cases,taking up 54.9%(62/113),the other 51 samples' TRUST results are negative,taking up 45.1%(51/113).Conclusion TP-ELISA is more suitable than TRUST to be used in syphilises screen test of the hospitalization crow.
