Discussion on Social Capital Management in Corporate Governance

The essay states that corporate governance is in fact a process of constant interaction among principals of governance though it seems on the surface an integration of organizational structure, system and mechanism. Resluts from corporate governance analysis indicate that company social capital plays a very important role in perfecting corporate governance if the capital management is considered as interal variables for analysis. Consequently developing and accumulating company social capital is an essential approach to improve corporate governance in China.
