Reform and Practice of Pedagogy Teaching

This paper mainly introduces some effective practices in the process of teaching Education:for example,using the mystery of Joseph Needham throughout the course to stimulate students to think about Chinese education;at the same time,taking the referent measures to integrate the knowledge in the field of sociology,economics,history and other aspects into education.By contrast,a comparison is made between the Chinese education and western education.With regard to the content,there are some additions like some enlightenment that Chinese economic reform brings to Chinese education reform,and the contemporary influential figures in Chinese education etc.Some theory classes are compressed.Combined with the teaching theory,Mini-Course,apractical project for students,is vigorously promoted.
