Abstract
Concrete-filled steel tube rib solved two problems of the application of high-strength material in arch bridge and the construction with less supports,which has been rapidly developed in bridge.Through the example of large bridge across highway in Shanghai-Nanjing High-speed Railway,the construction technology,process and difficulties of concrete-filled steel tube rib for through-type tied arch bridge are discussed.It has been proven from practice that the construction technology not only ensured engineering quality,but also shortened construction period.
