Abstract

The effect of Pb on the anti-oxidative enzyme activities in Danio rerio was studied, and the toxicity effect of Pb on Danio rerio was discussed.Danio rerio was viewed as model organism,semi-static toxicity test was used in domestication and experiments of Danio rerio, the effects of Pb on superoxide dismutase(SOD) and catalase(CAT) of it were discussed. At 1 d,effects of Pb stress on SOD in Danio rerio was induction effect, and the stress on CAT was induction-inhibition effect. At 7d,effects of PbAc stress on SOD in Danio rerio was induction effect, and stress on CAT was induction-inhibition effect. Moreover, the enzyme activities were changed markedly significantly for 1 or 7d.The results showed that Pb stress on the anti-oxidative enzyme activities in Danio rerio was changed markedly. In short time and low-concentration exposure,Pb toxicity was significantly. The study could provide references for heavy metal pollution on the aquatic organism toxicity mechanism.
