Abstract
Financial structure is an important indicator which reflects a country's financial development. Through ten years' reform, the distribution of India's financial assets and instruments in the financial institutions, the proportion of financial institutions in the stock financial instruments and the relationship between the financial structure and the economic growth have been improved. India's experience has much value to the reform of China's financial structure.
