Exploration to Adjustment of China's Financial System

Based on the overall analysis of theoretical research and practical operation of financial system,it is concluded in this dissertation that a bank-based financial system has been established in china over the past 20 years.Meanwhile,direct financial instruments have been steadily increasing its percentage in the financing market,and the Stock Market and Bond Market are playing a significant role.Along with the rapid and sustainable economic growth,Chinese financial system will become markedly different,featuring further development and improvement of financial market,financial organizations and the business philosophy and operation pattern of financial institutions.
