On the Further Reform of the Property Rights System of the State-owned Enterprises

The reform of the property rights system is a key factor for the further reform of the state-owned enterprises of China.The adjusting,stimulating and controlling functions of the property rights system together with the suitable policies and measures can play a key role in solving the institutional problems and the low efficiency of these enterprises.However,bringing these functions into full play still faces many difficulties and needs further exploration in the reform of the property rights system.
