Abstract

In this article, as it is a brand new way for the state-owned enterprises to carry out the property rights reform and the authors give a economic analysis of the property rights reform in the state-owned enterprises, and analyze some key issues in practice. As the result of the analysis, the authors give some advice on how to guide reform.
