Pathogenesis of thoracic obstruction is deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality.Deficiency of Yin,Yang,qi and blood is deficiency in origin,and interaction infestation about stasis,qi stagnation,phlegm,cold-coagulation is excess in superficiality.Distinguish deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality when treatment,and adhering to principle to reinforce insufficiency and reduce excess,due consideration to simultaneous treatment.The excess should be Promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis,resolving phlegm and removing blood stasis,Tongbukaixie law,and with particular emphasis on the law Huoxuetongmai;The deficiency should be reinforcing qi and warming yang,nourish yin to supplement kidney,regulating spleen-stomach,and with particular emphasis on enhancement of heart and spleen.We must be closely observed patient's condition when clinical treatment,flexible master skills,treat based on syndrome differentiation.and with Western-based treatment can achieve better results.
