Abstract
To discuss the relation between the pathogenesis of yin-deficiency,toxin,stasis and coronary heart disease. The basic pathogenesis contain deficiency and excess. The pathological nature is root deficiency and branch excess. The most commonly seen type of root deficiency is deficiency of both qi and yin.Branch excess has manifestations like blood stasis, mutual stagnation of heat and toxin. The location of the disease is the heart and is related to the liver, spleen, and kidney and the major pathogenesis are yin-deficiency,toxin and stasis.Nourishing yin, invigorating blood circulation and removing toxins is the treating method.
