Abstract
Objective: To analyze the clinical data of glaucoma combined cataracts patients treated with complex surgery, and investigate the effect of complex surgery. Methods: Patients with glaucoma combined cataracts in our hospital from February 2006 to February 2009 were given complex surgery; according to the illness, one group was given glaucoma surgery and then cataract surgery, another group was given cataract suck operation and trabeculectomy treatment. Results: Two groups were compared with the preoperative, vision were improved significantly (P0.05), the first two stages to cataract glaucoma treatment after cataract surgery with except trabeculectomy group operation than the number of eye above 0.6 percentage significantly increased (P0.05), and 0.2 above did not had significant difference (P0.05). Two groups were compared with the preoperative, significantly lower intraocular pressure (P0.05), the first two stages to cataract glaucoma treatment after cataract surgery with except trabeculectomy group, intraocular pressure difference compared to decline was not statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion: Effect of complex surgery in treatment of glaucoma combined cataracts is good, and choose therapy operation according to the illness is the best treatment method.
