Abstract
The sequence 16S rRNA gene of two isolated D53 and D56 strains was determined after PCR amplification.Homology comparison with gene sequence in gene bank proved that D53,D56 and Bacillus subtillis was 99% similarity. The two strains were identified to be Bacillus subtillis with morphological and physic-chemical analysis. Two ID numbers were applied for DQ923482 to D53 and DQ923483 to D56 in gene bank. The test of transparent circle by production of amylase proved that amylase-producing activity was 6.5 U/ml and 8.2 U/ml secreted by D53 and D56.
