Abstract
Aiming at the paper a new construction engineering quality problems,this text mainly talks about the(engineering) project management and its quality control in deep.While analyzing problems due to the(engineering) project quality management,it introduces FIVE major reasons causing such problems and(suggests) EIGHT basic requirements to solve them.As to the quality control of project management,it (explains) the different factors affecting the quality control,the quality control during project practice stage and the basic tools or methods of quality control at length.
