Abstract
The engineering quality not only impact directly on the competitiveness of construction enterprises,but also on the interest of public as well as the security and stability of social.The main five factors affecting the quality control are the Personnel,Materials,Machinery,Methods and Environment.Therefore,the strict control of these five factors is the key to ensure engineering quality.
